🧠 The 30-second rule

The Warlock is a summoner + fire mage. Your damage comes from two places: your demon army (Soulgorger + Demonic Portal) and your Hellfire spells. So ask yourself one question first:

Do you want an army? → Summoner pattern (Demonic Portal + Soulgorger upgrades).
Do you want to nuke everything yourself? → Caster pattern (Infernal Eruption + Hellswarm + Spiteful Sacrifice).
Mix both? → Hybrid pattern — the most forgiving and most popular.

🛡️ 3 skill patterns to choose from

1. The Summoner (easiest, best for solo farming)

Let your demons do the tanking and DPS while you stay safe at range. Great for open world, dungeons and solo play.

Core: Demonic Portal + Warp Strike + Soulgorger · Add: Siphon Life (heal) + Burning Ascent (escape)

2. The Infernal Caster (highest burst, best for groups/bosses)

Stack Burning damage with big AoE. Melts packs and bosses, but you are squishy — position well.

Core: Infernal Eruption + Hellswarm + Spiteful Sacrifice · Add: Devouring Darkness + Demonic Pact

3. The Hybrid (recommended all-rounder)

One demon, one portal, two nukes. Works in every mode and is the safest to learn the class with.

Core: Demonic Portal + Infernal Eruption + Hellswarm + Warp Strike · Primary: Lunatic Rush

💡 PvP tip: swap in Brimstone Gateway (teleport) and Tyrant's Grasp (crowd control) — mobility and CC matter more than raw damage against players.

SoulgorgerPassive

Your permanent demon companion. Eats dead demons to evolve and grow stronger — the core of every Warlock build.

Lunatic RushPrimary

Rush forward with a burst attack that summons an exploding Fallen Lunatic. Ultimate: Lunatic Legion.

Hellfire BoltPrimary

Hurl Hellfire at enemies. Ultimate: Rain of Chaos — meteors rain down around you.

Demonic PortalSkill

Open a portal that summons a demon ally (Bloodlord, Soldiers, or Rasplet Hulk) to fight for you.

Infernal EruptionSkill

Hellfire erupts from the ground in an area, Burning enemies. Your best AoE damage skill.

HellswarmSkill

Release a swarm that infects enemies; infected enemies hatch Plagued Thornstriders when they die.

Siphon LifeSkill

Drain Life from enemies to heal yourself — your main sustain tool.

Warp StrikeSkill

Teleport your Soulgorger through a portal to a target, knocking enemies up.

Burning AscentSkill

Launch yourself skyward and dive down in flames — mobility + damage escape.

Lash of PainSkill

Whip enemies with a burning chain, dealing damage and Burning them.

Spiteful SacrificeSkill

Deal heavy damage at the cost of your own Life — high risk, high reward.

Devouring DarknessSkill

Create a dark vortex that pulls enemies in and damages them.

Tyrant's GraspSkill

Crush enemies in a target area, holding them still and damaging them.

Blood OfferingSkill

Sacrifice some of your Life (or your Soulgorger) for a big damage boost.

Demonic PactSkill

Trade Life for power — boosts your damage and summons.

Brimstone GatewaySkill

Open linked portals to teleport — your key repositioning tool.
